Girls Varsity Soccer · Lady Wolves Make History, but Fall in Championship


 The Boone Grove volleyball team walked off the floor following Saturday afternoon’s Class 2A LaVille regional semifinal win over Prairie Heights and boarded a bus straight to a Super 8 in Plymouth.

The reservations were made days ahead of time by coach Patty Sparks, who came into Saturday’s game confident that the Wolves could advance further than they’d ever been in the IHSAA playoffs.

Boone Grove overcame an 18-8 deficit in the fourth game to pull out a 25-19, 19-25, 27-25, 29-27 win over Prairie Heights for its first regional semifinal win in school history. Andrean wins back-to-back regional titles

It took more than seven hours of waiting and then just 49 minutes of action for the Andrean volleyball team to win its second straight regional title Saturday evening.
